About our Founder
Dr Zoe Vilenica - Posttraumatic Growth Guide
I bring a distinctive blend of professional expertise, lived experience and deep empathy to this work. I don’t just understand trauma; I’ve lived it, studied it and helped others heal from it.
My healing journey began in my late teens, as I navigated two consecutive police statements and court cases connected to abuse. For years, I sacrificed my own wellbeing for connection, shaping myself to belong. I’ve taken the long road to find my way to peace, clarity and authenticity.
My hope is to offer you a distilled version of what I’ve made my life mission to learn, so that in mere months, you can save yourself the years it took me - and discover the wholeness that’s always been within.

Samantha Vidler
Co-facilitating the group coaching calls is Samantha Vidler, who also operates as a Posttraumatic Growth Guide within the course. Samantha brings wisdom, humour & a down-to-earth nature, as well as 20 years of experience as a compassionate mental health social worker and counsellor, where she has worked predominantly in the feild of complex trauma and childhood sexual abuse.
