1. Overview of Posttraumatic Peace Coaching
1.1. Welcome to Posttraumatic Peace (PTP), an online platform dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced childhood trauma and are currently emotionally stable and not in immediate risk.
1.2. Our group program (PTP Coaching Program) offers a structured, supportive, and educational environment for individuals seeking to understand and shift long-standing patterns shaped by early trauma.
1.3. PTP Coaching is a growth-focused program designed to help participants understand, identify, and gently shift trauma-driven patterns of body, mind, and relationships often developed in the aftermath of complex trauma.
1.4. This program is specifically designed for individuals who are emotionally and psychologically stable and not currently in crisis or requiring one-to-one therapeutic support.

1.7. Through educational content, somatic practices, guided reflections, group discussions, and community support, we aim to create an environment that fosters insight, connection, and growth.
1.8. Please note, the PTP Coaching Program is not a replacement for therapy or professional psychological services. If you require personalised clinical care, we encourage you to seek support from a registered mental health provider.
1.9. By accessing and using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Your Role and Responsibility in Healing
While we provide structured guidance, community support, and valuable tools, your progress is dependent on many personal factors, including your engagement with the material, your willingness to reflect and apply what’s learned, the quality of the support you have around you, and your current readiness for change.
You remain the expert in your own life. This program is here to companion you, not to direct or diagnose. It is your responsibility to discern what feels right for you and to seek professional support when needed.
3. Group Conduct and Community Values
We are committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment within the PTP Coaching community. To maintain this, we ask all participants to adhere to the following values and boundaries:
Be kind and respectful in all communications (coaching calls, comments, emails, etc.).
Avoid divisive topics such as political debates.
You may refer to your own spiritual or healing practices, but refrain from preaching or pushing your beliefs onto others.
Respect others’ boundaries. If you wish to offer a suggestion, seek consent before sharing.
Focus on what connects us, rather than what divides – there will always be more we have in common with one another.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program or community spaces if their conduct is abusive, threatening, excessively divisive, or otherwise detrimental to the group’s wellbeing.
4. Abuse Policy
To protect the integrity of our learning environment, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:
Name-calling or personal attacks.
Threatening behaviour (physical, emotional, or reputational).
Sharing others’ private information without consent.
Harassment, including repeated contact after boundaries have been made clear.
Sharing or engaging in content deemed by the team to be too hostile, explicit, or inappropriate.
If such behaviour occurs, we reserve the right to remove participants from any and all aspects of the PTP Coaching Program, including access to coaching calls, community platforms, and email lists. Refunds, where applicable, are at our discretion.
5. Relationship with Dr Zoe Vilenica
5.1. The PTP Coaching Program is led by Dr Zoe Vilenica, a registered psychologist with deep experience in trauma recovery.
5.2. Participation in the PTP Coaching Program does not constitute psychological therapy. By enrolling, you acknowledge this distinction and understand that your participation is in a coaching program, not a therapeutic relationship.
5.3. Individuals currently receiving psychological treatment from Dr Zoe are ineligible to participate in this program. Former clients may apply after a 6-month break, provided they are no longer in distress and Dr Zoe determines no conflict of interest or ethical concern.
5.4. Participants who complete the coaching program will also need to wait a minimum of 6 months before becoming therapy clients of Dr Zoe, should they wish to do so.
5.5. If issues arise during the program that fall outside the scope of coaching, participants may be referred to their GP or appropriate clinical services.
5.6. Dr Zoe reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the program if necessary. Refunds, where considered, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of PTP Coaching.

6.1. All content, materials, and resources provided via the Posttraumatic Peace website and within the PTP Coaching Program - including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio recordings, logos, documents, and software - are the exclusive intellectual property of Posttraumatic Peace unless explicitly stated otherwise.
