It's time to stop settling for surface-level healing. Let’s get to the heart of it.

This is for you if you are…

Still burdened by shame and guilt, keeping you from fully embracing who you are

Struggling with unworthiness that manifests as hyper-independence, needing reassurance, or the tendency to people-please at your expense

Feeling the weight of self-criticism, guilt, or persistently feeling not good enough

Emotionally reactive in ways that feel frustrating or out of alignment with your true nature

Burnt out from constantly putting others first and struggling with boundaries

A supportive program and community for women transforming the impact of childhood sexual abuse

Our Healing Sexual Abuse program is for women who want to transform the lasting impacts of sexual abuse on their thoughts, emotions, relationships and sense of self. If you’re navigating daily life but still feel trapped in patterns of shame, guilt, self-doubt or emotional reactivity that no longer serve you – this could be for you.

Our three-step approach

  • Nervous System Regulation

Learn simple, repeatable body and breath practices to help connect you to your body, increase your awareness, and regulate your threat response.

  • Deep Understanding

Research-based psychoeducation helps you understand the abuse dynamics that create shame and guilt, offering compassionate insights for lasting change.

  • Community Connection

Healing happens in community. Whether group or self-paced, both formats offer access to a supportive network for connection, shared understanding & growth.

It Didn’t Stay in the Past…

The Lasting Impact of Sexual Trauma

When abuse is experienced in childhood or adolescence – whether it happened once, many times, or over years – it leaves lasting imprints on the nervous system, the mind and how we relate to ourselves and the world. These effects don’t stay in the past; they echo throughout our lives, shaping how we feel, think, and respond.

Is It Really That Bad?

You may wonder: Was it really that bad? Why does it still affect me now? Maybe it wasn’t violent, so you question if it even counts as abuse. Or you’ve put it in a box, thinking it doesn’t matter anymore, yet still find yourself triggered or overwhelmed. Trauma is deeply personal. There’s no measuring, no comparison - it’s how it shaped you.

Exploring the Impact of Trauma

This program offers a safe and compassionate space to explore those impacts through the lens of complex trauma. You’ll begin to understand how patterns like emotional reactivity, anxiety, disconnection or people-pleasing aren’t personal flaws – they’re deeply rooted reactions to trauma.

Uncovering Hidden Dynamics of Abuse

Beyond this, we dive into the nuanced dynamics of sexual abuse – uncovering the subtle, often unknown forces that shape internal narratives of shame, guilt and self-blame that were never yours to carry.

A New Perspective for Healing

With insight and compassion, this is an invitation to see yourself in a new light, with a new perspective – one that allows space for understanding, self-compassion and the possibility of meaningful change.

Common Questions

  • Not at all. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as feels right for you. Each session includes optional ‘Focus Time’ for sharing, questions or reflection- but there’s no pressure to take part. The private online group space is also completely optional, offered as a support - not an obligation.

  • No. This space is thoughtfully designed to support healing without diving into the details of traumatic experiences. The focus is on understanding how trauma affects your present-day life - your thoughts, nervous system, relationships - not on retelling the past. You will never be asked to share your story, and group facilitators are there to hold safe boundaries for everyone.

  • This isn’t a replacement for therapy, but it can be a powerful companion to it. This program is best suited to those who are relatively stable but still feel stuck in old patterns or emotional responses. If you’re not sure whether this is the right fit, I’m happy to chat with you or help with referral options for individual support.

  • You don’t need to. You won’t be asked to share details, and you can remain as private as you choose. This space is about understanding your inner world, not explaining your past. Many women start here without having shared their story, and they’re met with care, safety and respect.

  • This program is built for real life, not perfection. Integration weeks are built in, sessions are thoughtfully spaced out, and you’ll have ongoing access to everything through the student portal.

You’ll also have access to the community, where weekly discussion threads and community support can help scaffold your journey.

  • You’re not alone in that. Many people question or minimise their experiences, especially if it wasn’t violent or if they seemed to ‘go along with it’. This program helps you make sense of those lingering feelings of confusion, guilt, or shame and get to the cause of where they came from.

If it’s still impacting you now, it matters.

  • Everything in this program is designed to be trauma-informed, paced, and gentle. You’re encouraged to move at your own speed and step back when needed.

The group space is carefully held to prioritise safety, and we explore how to notice and respond to overwhelm rather than push through it.
