Our complex trauma program is for women who recognise trauma is impacting their thoughts, emotions, relationships and sense of self. If you know you are functioning in your daily life but still feel stuck in patterns of reactivity, anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or overwhelm that no longer serve you - this is for you.

What is Complex Trauma?

Maybe you feel like your experiences "weren’t that bad in comparison," yet you still deeply relate to the struggles described above. That’s because complex trauma goes beyond the big, capital ‘T’ traumas like abuse or neglect. It also includes the more subtle, little ‘t’ traumas that shape our lives in ways we often don’t realise.

The Subtle Impact of Trauma

Complex trauma often comes from growing up with emotional needs that weren’t met. Maybe your caregivers were overwhelmed, reactive or just not equipped to support you. Maybe you were made to feel like you were too much, or never enough. Over time, these kinds of experiences leave deep imprints, shaping how you see yourself, connect with others, and move through life.

You may not even recognise how the impact of complex trauma is shaping your everyday experiences. It’s in the patterns that affect how you think, feel, and behave. What’s waiting for you

A transformative five-month journey for women consisting of 12 deep sessions. Designed to support you in exploring the impact of complex trauma in a way that is grounded, compassionate and insightful, to help guide you towards lasting change.

Together, we’ll explore how trauma has shaped everything - from your nervous system to your thoughts, your beliefs, what you pay attention to, how you respond to challenges, feel emotions and navigate relationships.

Each session provides you with:

  • A new somatic practice to try

  • Pre-recorded content video between 20 – 60 minutes

  • A Workbook each session to deepen learning

  • 90-minute coaching calls for each session (for the group-based journey)

  • Access to our new Community, including weekly discussion, monthly Q&A, and connection to growth-focused others for both group-based and self-paced formats

Common Questions

  • Not at all. You’re welcome to engage as much or as little as feels right for you. Each session includes ‘Focus Time’ for questions, reflections, or deeper exploration, but there’s no expectation to submit a request for one of these spaces. The group chat space in the student portal is entirely optional also. It’s there to support connection and reflection, not to add pressure.

  • Not at all. The focus of the program is on how past trauma affects us in the present, rather than delving into the details of traumatic events. In the group, participants are encouraged to share their experiences in a broader way - focusing on the overall impact, rather than the specifics or details. This is a space for healing and personal growth, not for reliving past traumas. You are always in control of what you share, and you are never required to (and group facilitators will actively monitor to prevent) provide details about your experiences.

  • This is not a therapeutic service and does not replace individual therapy. It’s a growth-focused coaching program designed for those who are relatively stable but feeling stuck in long-standing patterns. If you feel you need more individual support, I may be able to help with referral options for therapy.

  • This space is not about comparing stories. Complex trauma often comes from subtle but chronic experiences - emotionally unavailable attachment figures, constant criticism, people-pleasing, walking on eggshells. If you feel stuck in patterns that keep you from living a life that is authentically you, you’re in the right place

  • This program is designed with intentional pacing to prioritise depth over speed. There are dedicated integration weeks built in, where you can pause, practice, and catch up. Both the Group and Self-Paced Journeys are supported by a student portal, giving you on-demand access to all content, so you can move through the material at your own pace, even when life gets busy.

  • That’s such a common feeling! Complex trauma creates deeply rooted patterns that don’t just go away with insight alone. This work isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you - it’s about gently unlearning what’s been learned and held for a long time.
