What is Complex Trauma?

Maybe you feel like your experiences "weren’t that bad in comparison," yet you still deeply relate to the struggles described above. That’s because complex trauma goes beyond the big, capital ‘T’ traumas like abuse or neglect. It also includes the more subtle, little ‘t’ traumas that shape our lives in ways we often don’t realise.

The Subtle Impact of Trauma

Complex trauma often comes from growing up with emotional needs that weren’t met. Maybe your caregivers were overwhelmed, reactive or just not equipped to support you. Maybe you were made to feel like you were too much, or never enough. Over time, these kinds of experiences leave deep imprints, shaping how you see yourself, connect with others, and move through life.

A transformative six-month journey for women consisting of 12 deep sessions. Designed to support you in exploring long-standing patterns and habits in a way that is grounded, compassionate and insightful, to help guide you towards lasting change.

Together, we’ll explore how our early life shapes everything - from your nervous system to your thoughts, your beliefs, what you pay attention to, how you respond to challenges, feel emotions and navigate relationships.
