When your nervous system calms, everything else changes.
Over time, our ways of coping become our ways of being. Reactivity, self-doubt, anxiety, perfectionism, hyper-independence - they all blur into who you believe you are. But they’re not you - they’re learned responses, and they can change. This work is about undoing those patterns, so you can live with more choice, alignment & self-trust.

You learnt how to be
in the world you grew up in
What we learned long ago continues to shape our present.
If you look like you have it all together, but inside everything takes effort, you’re in the right place.
You might find yourself constantly monitoring your reactions, your tone, your impact on others; replaying conversations and moments long after they’ve past; feeling guilty when you rest yet overwhelmed when you don’t; or living with a low-level anxiety that rarely allows your body to fully settle. This all makes sense, and here, you can find new ways to be.

What is ‘complex trauma’, and does it apply to me?
Complex trauma refers to the lasting changes to our inner world, nervous system & relationships that can result from early instability, unpredictability or disruption. It includes not only major traumas like abuse or neglect but also subtler “little t” experiences, such as the emotional climate of childhood, parental responses to stress, and the quality of our early attachment relationships.
